Resources

Dealing with stress and sadness can be difficult and reaching out can be really hard. Ideally you have a strong support system but sometimes even they are not available. Plus, with the added stress of seeming "perfect" on social media, COVID, social distancing, the increased visibility of oppression and so many other stressors- help is necessary more now that ever. In the event of a mental health emergency please seek immediate help and call 911. I have also listed a few resources that can be helpful any time day or night.
